Hello everybody.
Four day weekend. I'm excited. Not only do I get a break from school, but I get time to either A) be a stupid teenager and go out and have fun or B) work on more art!
It's my choice! And I'll probably do some of both.

But it's Friday, and I'm sitting around at home! So it's UPDATE TIME!

First off, this sophomore named Andy in a class that I sit across from him in apparently got busted selling drugs and has like a year's probation and he's getting expelled soon. My friend Paul and I, and the rest of the class for that matter, could tell he was a total druggie from day 1.
He's really funny, and a nice guy and everything, so it's kind of a slap in the face. We're not even really friends, I just sit across from him watching him talk to his other druggie friends about all this drama, laughing and occasionally chiming in. This 15 year old that's taller than me, has definitely had sex and done probably every drug on the planet, and me, just sitting there observing. It's interesting. It's like life saying, "good job on being sober, Artur"
So kids, don't sell drugs in school bathrooms.

Second, the story you've all just been dying to hear more about, is the Mike Teresa Caitlin thing.
This is so sad.
Mike ended up having like a one-week unofficial thing with Caitlin, that she was happy about and was expecting to go places, but then less than 24 hours after he finally "got some" with her, he decided to break up with her. He told her he hadn't been single for long enough. He told me he didn't like her as much as he thought he did.
I wonder what his goal in that whole thing was!
She was just like what the hell, so I called her and told her everything, and she felt terrible. And I completely called it, too. I told her this exact thing would happen like a month ago and she wouldn't listen. Now she's lost some friends and some other people look at her as a stupid bitch, and I just feel bad for her. She fell avictim to Mike, like so many others have in the past two months.
But the great thing is that I stopped liking her and was spared of my misery around when their whole thing started up, because she was acting just like Mike was. So I was like wow what the hell. Okay this sucks, oh wells.
And now she's almost completely back to how she used to be, and me and her are friends again. Happy happy.
No more drama.

Oh but did I mention Mike's doing his thing again to get back with Teresa, and she's falling for it completely? She's gonna lose a friend if it happens!

Michael's just a bad person. He treats girls like toys, when he broke up with Teresa apparently he said something like "Artur can have her, I want Caitlin" Now he's gotten tired of Caitlin and that old toy Teresa's starting to look awful new again.
Everybody realizes it, even his best friends have said stuff like "He's my best friend, he really is. But he's the biggest douche bag I know" So far he's gotten away with it all pretty well, noone's done much about it. It's still catching up to him. I'll be there when it does.

I've started to really listen to Nine Inch Nails lately. I had two of their albums in my iTunes for a while but yesterday I got the rest of my sister's collection (like five others) and I'm overwhelmed, there's too much to listen to.

I've kinda been designated as the cartoonist for everything on the school newspaper, it's overwhelming and awesome at the same time. I had four or five drawings and two articles in the last issue and everyone was like "Dude you raped the paper! You were everywhere!" Well this time I'm gonna have six or maybe even seven, with one article. And me and my friend Nick got the split task of laying out the centerspread.

Some old friend of our teacher wrote to us about the first issue and I was one of the people she individually praised. I feel so... accomplished. dsjkfhjdskf
I don't get that kind of attention here on dA. ;D

And yeah I'm submitting some pages from the first issue that have my drawings on them. So go look at those!



EDIT: Also, did I mention that this month is No Shave November?
